The speakers may well work just fine. 200W is their max continuous power (Nosebleed) before the coils driving the speakers might overheat and potentially melt. Efficiency (amount of sound power per watt input) is probably very good on those speakers. Meaning, a solid clean 25-50 watts of amp power may sound fantastic on them, if the electronics in your amp are clean. Bottom line: you can't break anything, hook 'em up and see how they sound.
