If you want to live a completely isolated life outside of society with no human interaction at all, then yes. You do not need governance and do not need to pay taxes. That is a fair and valid point. 

If you want to join the rest of us over here in the neighborhood with the wall, where you can trade and exchange and act with your fellow man, we will gladly let you in, so long as you pay your fair share for the next project we build.
