New PSU is in to support the new GPU 🙌 Now to see if it turns on. https://i.nostr.build/IMpz3CPIWIsBQIdN.jpg
Ok hopefully I never install anything in the spare front panel bay because I shoved all the cabling in there to make the airflow more roomy 🤞 nostr:nevent1qqs92nxj84fv92udwtsv4qlcegf2mjwdr229x8ezt4r6afaut6kwn0spr4mhxue69uhkummnw3ezucnfw33k76twv4ezuum0vd5kzmp0qgsdwcr5vs39ez4kzrdfjj2mcuxg5wj95qlc5g4ftur0eddugg09wwsrqsqqqqqpu7h26q
Cool retro vibe! That looks like a pc from 2010 with a big ass modern graphic card and psu 😅
Does it run nostr ?
Update: it works! (after some driver hell, but all the wiring was A-Ok 👌) nostr:nevent1qqs92nxj84fv92udwtsv4qlcegf2mjwdr229x8ezt4r6afaut6kwn0spr4mhxue69uhkummnw3ezucnfw33k76twv4ezuum0vd5kzmp0qgsdwcr5vs39ez4kzrdfjj2mcuxg5wj95qlc5g4ftur0eddugg09wwsrqsqqqqqpu7h26q
Yeah, the case and motherboard are stock lenovo. Maybe in the future I'll upgrade them. A case with better cable management would be clutch.
Weird psu placement 🤔 i'm not sure if the airflow is pushing hot air to your cpu it can be bad. Or if it's a intake your psu will suck up the heat excess of the case to put in the psu components 🫠💀
Maybe, that's just how the case is.
