Quick question, I remember reading somewhere about a client-side (front-end) based algorithms that were perhaps semi AI-powered for content filtering on a per-client basis.  

Is this a thing in any client currently? 

Where I'm trying to get to is, how will people filter exactly what they don't want to see? And promote more of what they want to see?
