This database is filled to the bring with pictures of fat people. Next step, make it go viral. So Fatties are checking the site or database and praying they're not in the database - but bam, facial recognition joins them with their fat photos and they are shamed. 

Then people get slim. Big pharma loses money, and we all win. Clown world defeated in one fell swoop.
