People who don’t believe there could be so many millions of lost #bitcoin have no idea what they’re talking about. I just found two addresses totaling 2 BTC from unclaimed tips sent by a Twitter bot in a span of just a couple of days nearly 13 years ago.
Lol! Not as many of those so-called "lost" bitcoins are actually lost. At least, not as many as you think. 😏
I have this vision in my head that someday all these paintings are going to start turning up at estate auctions with paper wallets attached to the back containing fortunes.
Theoretically speaking, something like that could bloody well happen! 🤷‍♂️ I'm willing to bet that a hefty portion of my holdings would be considered "lost" bitcoin my many. 🤣🤣🤣
 Big if true.
Also, it’s possible that (far) in the future, computing power gets sufficiently advanced to break private keys. The network would move to a new cryptography scheme at the first hint it was possible, but “lost” coins wouldn’t be moved, and would end up being “salvaged”.

Much like much like a 1600s sunk pirate ship filled with gold. That gold was likewise “lost”, but now we have the technology (submarines) to retrieve it.
🤔Gonna be a very interesting decade. We're witnessing the first time in human history where the common folk have the global economic advantage over the state. Cheers! 🍻
If they’re willing to exercise it.
Most won't. Tis the ruthlessness of the evolutionary process on full display, mate! Just keep stackin' and let it run it's course 🤷‍♂️. Never forget, that these normies that most love to mock, choose the path of counterproductiveness and complacency.

Every time there is an ATH, this story always resurfaces from Wales:

In olden times people just didn't take much care over their Bitcoin, especially in the first epoch, as they weren't worth a great deal, and you couldn't do much with them. Remember that 50 Bitcoin were being produced every 10 minutes.

I personally have had paper wallets that I keep in amongst other paperwork, just the sort of monetary value you keep in your pocket at the time. I had BitcoinQt on an old laptop that broke in 2014, and that just got thrown out.

So I can believe that many are lost.
