It's simple. People with a lack of personality, finds in a specific group a place to be and exist, and from there think they are better than the rest and throw their wrath and anger to world. 

For example real Bitcoiners are humble with low profile. Not real Bitcoiners use all types of merch, repeat like parrots what they hear, and call others normies, so they can feel better with themselves.
