Yes correct. You can do all these things and much more with a RaspiBlitz node

Very easy to do.
Summary
1) get all hardware (pi, SD card, 2TB SSD, etc.)
2) download balena etcher (to flash SD card)
3) download the lastest raspiblitz release
4) flash raspiblitz release to SD card via the etcher program 
5) plug everything in to raspberry pi
6) turn on
7) go through setup & IBD
