Ross’s mom and members of the community have been working hard for him because what happened to him is egregious. He was railroaded, lied on, and they want him silenced. I think by combining efforts with others you run the risk of watering down his support as well as confusing what happened to him with what happened with others.
We know what happened to Ross is wrong. We understand what his incarceration means to people building on the internet. Wrongful convictions should be advocated against but I don’t think homogenization helps anyone. It just spreads resources thin.
