Could this work? A relay that accepts:

Posts from users in admin’s WoT
Or posts from valid NIP-05
Or posts with PoW > x

This would be less restrictive than a pure WoT relay, but still allow new users outside the admin’s WoT. nostr.fmt.wiz.biz
