Will you get Notifications on GrapheneOS without Google Services?
What kind of notifications? Google Play services sandboxed in GrapheneOS work fine and with all the notifications from apps you allow.
WRT to Google Hardware, that is a "Hard" path to get out of, but one by one! GrapheneOS + Pixel is the best direction 100% or no phone :)
dam I wish they supported Samsung....Must have Graphene but Pixels have worse battery life and camera
Without all the Google bloat, the battery is pretty good. And the Camera on Pixel 6 onward is pretty good and without weird "computational photography" and image scanning.

GrapheneOS is simply... good.
Using Obtainium to grab releases of software off Github is awesome. There's still so much to discover too in this rabbit hole.
I think you should not make a collection of links and channels and videos though. I honestly think you should make your own copy of the content you like so when the censorship nazis go full force... you'll always have a copy AND you can upload it to the internet for the sake of mankind and free speech etc. If you use Youtube then you might want to look at MeTube.
It lets you just throw in the YT url and then you download the video.
Fuck censorship.
