The thing is that you didn't do anyone a favor. You claimed it should not have value so that devs could have easy access to testnet coins and yet you messed up with testing infrastructure those very same devs rely (or relied?) upon.
False, I did lots of folks a favor and uncovered bugs and unhandled edge cases. 😏
