Maybe more important, if you do like the flavour, remember not to eat too much. Most people don’t know one can over dose on it and it’s extremely dangerous to do so as it causes a draining of potassium from one’s body. As a result, you’ll retain water to try to reduce sodium concentration and that can go really south on you. Everything in moderation. Admittedly, it takes a lot but I have seen it and it’s pretty crazy shit!
