I didn't ask for a mast cell disease w/ anaphylaxis to a "comically long list of things" or dysautonomia/POTs, or autonomic neuropathy. And I didn't self-diagnose. And... and... you know, it doesn't matter. Whatever. I already feel so helpless and hopeless lately as my body deteriorates and no one can help. Maybe they're right and I'm now just "incompatible with life."
