Nostr is the closest thing that resembles anything close to "web 3.0" and there is no token.  In fact it has created more value than all of the crypto tokens combined. 

 Yes! I think many people have a misunderstanding of what that idea represents and tend to get involved in the Ethereum ecosystem with that in mind.
